Well there is a new school year approaching. After what happened last semester this new semester is very much welcomed.  After pulling together a awesome comeback in grades last semester, i am taking some pretty cool courses like a Music Appreciation class about jazz and rock and roll that i am really looking forward to.  I grew up so much in the last two semesters.  First car crash, girl trouble, grades and feeling alone.  I'am glad to say i finally put all that behind me, and it took a while but i finally stopped worrying about it.

This year is going be completely different.  I'am gonna be a somewhat upper classmen and i actually feel like i know my way around the campus and WF. Most of my friends are coming back and i can't wait to hear how their summers went, and i can't wait to tell them how my summer went.  Hopefully this semester can be better than the last one, and believe me, it was a tourmenting semester.

Hope to see everybody soon,

Peace

What is my world coming to?

What is my world coming to?
Current mood:  stressed

So after i got back from mission trip all the stress and stuff comes back full force. 1st, last Saturday my sister was taking a shower and my parent said they heard a loud scream.  My sister had fallen in the shower and broke the soap holder. The soap holder on the wall was so sharp it sliced my sister in three places.  My parents told me there was blood everywhere.  She got a grand total of 55 stitches, the big cut had 33 stitches. She is ok now. 2nd after not hearing from my aunt and uncle for a couple days my dad finally got a response.  My aunt and uncle were completely robbed in Brussels on their way to Cameroon Africa. Almost everything they had was taken from them right then and there.

So when i am even gone from this place their is always a problem when i come back here.  I can't escape this craziness around me.

The Mission

Mission trip is tomorrow, hopefully nothing bad happens...i am so excited about this trip. Pastor Greg's prayer today was really nice and he made a good point in his sermon.  People especially teens can really be self centered.  So much so that they lose themselves in all the stuff in their own lives.  Those people will never know how good it feels to actually help someone else.  They are too wrapped up in thinking about number 1, not at all worring at all about hurting love ones, it makes me sad to see selfish people like that, especially when its someone close to you.  I'm glad that i've finally relized what life is about.  Colorado was so peaceful and being next to those mountains made me feel so small.  It made me relize its not all about number 1, its all the people number 1 affects.  I've lived my life in he fast lane...only to relize i was missing so much by doing that. I'm not gonna be like those people anymore; those people are selfish, self centered, and jerks. Its not all about me. It's about the people you love.

Correction: Alicia reads xanga! so i was wrong about making that staement.
